Your package includes us arranging your surgery, picking you up from the airport and taking you to and from your surgery and all of your hospital appointments and taking you back to the airport.

You will also have your own English speaking medical host who will accompany you to all of your appointments and who will give you a mobile phone so that you can contact us at any time.

Having surgery can be a nervous time, and deciding to have it abroad can make it even more nerve wracking, we therefore believe in supporting each person every step of the way.

We are the only agency that are actually based in Phuket and who have Western staff to hold your hand throughout your surgery experience.

Each hotel in all of our locations has been personally selected by the Lotus Medical team and we recommend them based on what we believe offers you the best overall quality for your price range. We have strict criteria when choosing accommodation and to make your road to recovery as enjoyable as possible. Which is why we ensure each accommodation has a mini-bar, air conditioning, cable TV, room service and a swimming pool.

Hotel costs go up more during peak season which runs from mid-December to mid-January and during high season costs can vary so please contact your medical coordinator for a final quote for accommodation during these months
