The Ultimate Package:
This blood screening aims to look at all components of your blood that can affect your training, fitness and weight loss goals.
We will measure everything from your blood sugar, to how versatile your body is at using oxygen to levels of hormones and inflammation; our aim is to cover anything that may be affecting your fitness and health.
The Weight loss Package:
This screening program looks specifically at hormones and metabolites affecting weight loss. Using this package along with the follow up advice from our scientist and nutritionists will further enhance your weight loss goals. Combine this with the training and nutrition available at Unit 27 and The Muscle Bar and you will have the most targeted weight loss approach available on the market today.
The Hormone Package:
Hormones control so many biological pathways within our body. Achieving the correct hormone levels can help with stamina, power and recovery when training. How the blood tests work:
- Book your appointment to see our doctor
- Fast from mid‐night the night before your appointment if you are using the Ultimate or Weight loss package, for the hormone package you do not need to fast
- Come and have you blood taken by our doctor at Unit 27
- Your bloods is then analyzed at our laboratory
- Once we have the screening results we will book an appointment for you to meet with our screening specialist who will be advise you on diet, training and supplements to help you to achieve your peak health
- You may want to follow up with another screening to see how the changes that you are implementing are having an effect
